Firstly an online consultation via zoom is held to discuss
if hypnotherapy is right for you.
Once agreed you then need to find a space in your household such as a
comfortable chair, sofa or bed where you can relax for the duration of the therapy
and make sure that your surrounding environment is nice and quite.
Once established your good to go.
Fees
I offer a free 1 hour consultation
plus your 1st session £20
You can then book further sessions at £50 each
or 5 sessions at £230
Sessions last 1 hour
