My name is Paul Hayhurst, I live in South Devon, England, where I like to spend my free time taking walks along the beautiful Devon coastline and exploring nature.
I have always taken an interest in the subconscious mind and have learnt the true benefits of hypnotherapy.
Many years ago I became seriously unwell with a physical illness which threatened to take my life, leaving me unable to walk.
Throughout the many obstacles I faced, hypnosis helped me every step of the way in learning to walk again.
This inspired me to become a hypnotherapist myself and now fully qualified amd insured, I use my own life experience combined with hypnosis, helping others to move forwards.

Hypnosis is a form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to encourage positive change in your life. During hypnosis your conscious mind reaches a relaxed state in order to allow your powerful subconscious to accept positive suggestion, helping to encourage the change you’re looking for.
My philosophy
It’s human nature for us all to focus and hold on to negative thoughts and feelings that trouble us from yesterday. Using the power of Hypnosis, I focus on releasing negativity held deep within, empowering the subconscious mind, leading to a brighter, happier, and more confident tomorrow.
Ultimately we can only affect our present and future. We cannot change or continue to fight the past.
